Issues calling or receiving calls in Teams

OTDI suggests unplugging your phone from the USB port on your computer (or dock) and using a different port. That will fix most Team's issues. If the issue continues to occur, open a ticket with the OTDI by emailing servicedesk@osu.edu or creating a ticket online at https://osuitsm.service-now.com/selfservice/
