Adobe Creative Cloud: We’ve identified funding to pay for professional use licenses for all faculty, students, and staff who need this software for their teaching, learning, research or work. This funding will pay for licenses for the upcoming fiscal year (FY26) as well as reimburse departments for their costs for the current fiscal year.

We ask that everyone continues to be thoughtful about who needs the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite vs. our free access to Adobe Express to be good stewards of our university resources. More information on accessing Adobe Express and ordering Adobe Creative Cloud is available for you.

• Faculty, Students and Staff: To order Adobe Creative Cloud, please visit go.osu.edu/adobecc and log in with your Ohio State username and password to request your free license for professional/academic use. If you don’t have a professional reason for using Adobe Creative Cloud but would like it for personal use it is still available for purchase for $36 per license.
• Departments: No current action is needed for reimbursement; further details will be provided.
