Cannot Log into Laptop After Changing Password

If you cannot log into your computer after already changing your password, log in to it with your old password, then follow the below steps

1. Go to https://my.osu.edu and change your password

2. Connect to GlobalProtect (VPN, small gray globe at the bottom right of your screen)

3. Lock your computer by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del and clicking Lock or by pressing Windows Key + L

4. Log into your computer as normal using your new password
