Red Flags of Phishing Attacks

From – What email address is really being used? 
To – What email addresses are in the To field?
Subject – Does it indicate urgency?  How is the spelling?
Content – How is the spelling/grammer? Are the greeting and signature too generic?
Links – Where is the link really pointing? (hover pointer over link, but don't click)
Attachments - .exe, .msi, .bat, .cmd, .hta, .scr, .pif, .reg are no-nos
