Uploading files to many Office of Research applications (such as Buck-IRB) require a browser that supports either HTML5 file uploads or Adobe Flash.  Below is a listing of browsers that support HTML5 file uploads.  If your browser is not on that list, then Adobe Flash must be installed on your computer in order to upload files.  If you have issues with your browser, please try one of the browsers on the list below.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to a current vulnerability in Adobe Flash, a browser may automatically disable access to Adobe Flash until this is resolved.  Most notably, Firefox has issued an official statement indicating they are doing this.  If your browser is not on the list below, and you are experiencing issues, please switch to a browser indicated below and attempt the upload again.
