Click on the Access Controls tab. To grant access to your PI Portal view, type the designee's name in the box on the left hand side of the screen.

To add an individual to only a specific grant(s), pull up the grant(s) you wish to share. Click on the Demographics tab then click Add Grant Administrator.

Please note that since Awards are often shared across various departments/PIs, a PI cannot grant access to individual Awards. A designee will only see Awards if the PI grants the designee access to view all of their PI Portal.
