Username

To retrieve a forgotten Ohio State Username (your lastname.#), go to the Identity and Access Management website at my.osu.edu. Click Forgot username? and follow the prompts to locate your identity record.

Password

To reset a forgotten Ohio State Password, go to the Identity and Access Management website at my.osu.edu. Click Forgot password? and follow the prompts to rest your password.
