Onbase issues when viewing checks and pdfs

The OTDI recommends the following steps when unable to view checks or pdfs through Onbase.

Microsoft Edge will use your default .pdf is to open the item.  Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox have their own JavaScript-based PDF handlers built into their browsers.   

If you have Acrobat DC and Acrobat Reader DC installed on the same PC, try setting Acrobat Reader DC as the default app to open PDFs.
