Ohio State adopted Outlook Mobile as our mobile email solution because it integrates with our existing email system and other Microsoft Office 365 applications.

What is Outlook Mobile?

  • Provides a secure, approved method to access university email
  • Integrates with Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Allows you to easily search and find files, contacts and emails

What is needed to use Outlook Mobile?

  • Your device must have a passcode.
    • Can include facial recognition or fingerprint 
  • On Android, you must install the Intune Company Portal app 
    • Used to verify that your device complies with the necessary security controls.
