Sign into Adobe Acrobat DC with an Enterprise ID to license it

Sign in with an Enterprise ID to activate Adobe Acrobat DC

  1. Open Adobe Acrobat or click Sign In
  2. If Acrobat opens, click Sign In on the top right corner of the window
  3. Follow the steps below:
  • On the Sign-in screen, click or tap Sign in with an Enterprise ID.

  • Enter the email address associated with your Enterprise ID (your lastname.#@osu.edu email address), and your password and click or tap Sign in with an Enterprise ID.

  • You should then be redirected to sign in with your OSU lastname.# and password
  • Respond to the Duo prompt
  • After that, your software should be activated
